At SLYYYDEKUTZ, we are committed to providing prompt, reliable, and high-quality mobile barber services on the Las Vegas Strip. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our dedicated barbers, we have established the following Reservation Assurance Policy regarding deposits and cancellations.

SECURE BOOKING REQUIREMENT

A non-refundable reservation deposit of $50 is required to confirm all appointments. This deposit serves multiple purposes:

  • Applied to Service: The full $50 deposit is applied directly toward your total service cost.
  • Priority Dispatch: It guarantees the priority dispatch of our barbers to your specified Las Vegas Strip location.
  • Time Slot Security: It secures your preferred time slot, especially crucial during high-demand periods.

DEPOSIT PROTECTION GUARANTEE

Your deposit is 100% refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Barber No-Show/Late Arrival: If our assigned barber fails to arrive at your location within 1 hour and 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, and no prior communication or alternative arrangement was made.
  • Service Cancellation by SLYYYDEKUTZ: If SLYYYDEKUTZ cancels your appointment for any reason before the barber has been dispatched.
  • Verified Service Quality Issues: In rare cases where the service quality does not meet reasonable professional standards.

15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD

We understand real-world logistics and provide a 15-minute grace period for barber preparation:

  • Travel Time: Barbers may need time to reach your location safely
  • Preparation Needs: Gas up, finish dinner, or handle personal needs
  • Equipment Setup: Ensure all tools are sanitized and ready
  • Clear Communication: We'll keep you updated throughout the process

DEPOSIT RETENTION SCENARIOS

The reservation deposit will be retained by SLYYYDEKUTZ if:

  • Client Cancellation After Dispatch: You cancel your appointment after our barber has already been dispatched and is en route to your location.
  • Client Unavailability: Our barber arrives at your specified location within the grace period and you are unavailable, unreachable, or refuse service without prior notification.
  • Excessive Rescheduling: Repeated rescheduling requests that cumulatively delay the service by more than 1 hour from the original booking time.

TRANSPARENT PROCESS

  • SMS Dispatch Notification: You will receive an SMS notification when your barber has been dispatched and is en route to your location, including an estimated time of arrival.
  • Real-Time Updates: Continuous communication about any delays or changes to your appointment.
  • Refund Processing: Approved deposit refunds will be processed within 24 business hours and typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days.

BARBER ROULETTE POLICY

Special terms for auction-based bookings:

  • Winner Verification: Screenshot of winner modal required as proof of winning bid
  • Booking Code: Unique code must be texted to (725) 241-8048 within 30 minutes of winning
  • Final Price: Your winning bid amount is your final service price (no additional deposit required)
  • Same Guarantees: All standard service guarantees and grace periods apply

COMMUNICATION IS EVERYTHING

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and our barbers may need a few minutes to prepare (gas up, finish dinner, etc.). That's why we build in a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled time.

Clear and timely communication helps us provide the best possible service and avoid deposit retention. If you anticipate any issues with your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
